My Heart and Space
I’ve created Excellent Reflexology and Natural Wellness just for us. Step into my private garden studio, a warm women-only sanctuary where your safety, privacy, and comfort come before everything else.
Excellent Reflexology and Natural Wellness was created from my own need for a safe place to simply relax. After nearly 20 years of standing on my feet while working in the restaurant business, I began seeking out reflexology places for relief and relaxation. I enjoyed how I felt afterward, but I often didn't feel completely comfortable in the environments where the services were offered. There were men coming and going, doors opening, conversations happening, and very little privacy. Many times, I brought someone with me simply because I felt more comfortable not going alone.
As I began thinking about slowing down from the restaurant business and starting a new chapter in my life, I knew I wanted to create something different. I spent a year studying reflexology through hands-on learning and online education. Reflexology became part of my own self-care. For me personally, it has provided a peaceful way to unwind, release stress, and find moments of calm when dealing with anxiety and depression.
And that is how the She Shed found its purpose. What was once simply a backyard junk shed has been transformed into a beautiful, private wellness sanctuary created especially with women in mind. This isn't a busy commercial spa with people constantly walking through the door. Every visit is by appointment only, one woman at a time. During your appointment, the space is yours.
The She Shed was designed around the things I was looking for myself: privacy, safety, comfort, peace, and personal attention. This is my next chapter—and I created it to be a place where another woman can walk through the door, settle into her chair, and know that for a little while, she doesn't have to do anything for anybody else. She can simply be still.
